Matcha Tapioca Pudding
I first sampled tapioca in Bangkok, love at first sight…don’t ask why I made a Japanese version:)
3 cups milk
1/2 cup tapioca pearls
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 teaspoon matcha
Add the milk,tapioca pearls and sugar to a saucepan and boil on low heat.
Stir often for about 15 minutes or until the tapioca is soft and kind of see through.
Remove and add matcha. Let cool before serving.
