Romanian fudge

Romanian fudge is slightly different from what you’re used to ,but once you’ll make it it will be on your list of the recipes you make over and over again. Give it a try!
Ingredients for Romanian fudge
1 cup sugar (250 gr)
125 gr margarine or butter
125 ml water
400 gr powdered milk
5 T cocoa powder
nuts,raisin
1 T vinegar
Directions for Romanian fudge
In a saucepan add the water,sugar and vinegar. Boil until de sugar melts,set aside and add the margarine. Stir and when melted add the powdered milk and cocoa. They can be previously sifted.
Add nuts and place the mixture in a tray overnight for drying.
Second day,cut it out and serve.
