Celery salad – Salata de telina (apio)

Am folosit tulpini de telina,care vad ca se cheama apio.
Ingrediente:
1 lingura otet din vin alb
1 lingurita mustar
sare si piper
1/4 cup ulei de masline extra virgin
2-3 tulpini de tulpini de telina (apio)
Se amesteca ingredientele pentru sosul de salata.
Se curata tulpinile de telina si se scoate ata de pe partea dinafara a tulpinei.
Se taie telina in felii de grosimea dorita.
Se amesteca impreuna cu sosul si se adauga sare si piper dupa gust.
I found the recipe on the net,but forgot to save the link. Great salad if you like celery,but who doesn’t. The only time I wasn’t too happy with celery is when I tried to drink freshly squeezed juice,forgot to add apples to the juicer.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 celery ribs
