Salata de varza creola – Ainsley’s cabbage salad

Pe cand am facut aceasta salata am descoperit substitutia perfecta ptr maioneza: mustar cu iaurt, consistenta si gust asemanator,dar cu mult mai putine calorii.Pe Ainsley Harriott probabil l-ati vazut la emisiunile de pe TVR, reteta ii apartine,desi am adaptat-o putin si provine din cartea „Mancaruri rapide cu grasimi putine”. Ingrediente:
250 gr varza alba,taiata fasii subtiri
2 tulpini de telina verde (am avut congelata)
1 ardei gras, taiat fasii subtiri
4 cepe verzi,taiate
1/2 lingurita mustar (reteta cere Dijon, mustarul romanesc e asemanator)
1 lingurita hrean cu smantana
1 lingurita otet din vin rosu
1 lingura ulei de masline
2 linguri iaurt cremos
2 linguri marar proaspat,tocat
sare si piper proaspat macinat, am folosit Kotanyi

Legumele se amesteca intr-un bol incapator.
Mustarul,hreanul,otetul se amesteca si se adauga treptat uleiul si iaurtul. Acesta e dressingul.
Se amesteca dressingul cu legumele si se adauga sare,piper si marar.

A diet friendly cabbage salad which belongs to Aisley Harriott. I discovered also,that Dijon mustard and creamy yogurt is a great replacement for mayo.

Ingredients:
250 gr cabbage,finely shredded
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1 green pepper,thinly sliced
4 scallions,sliced
1/2 t Dijon mustard
1 t horseradish with sourcream
1 T red wine vinegar
1 T olive oil
2 T Greek yogurt or other creamy yogurt
2 T fresh dill,chopped
salt and black pepper,freshly grounded

Mix the veggies in a big bowl.
Mix horseradish, mustard and vinegar,adding yogurt and oil, to make the dressing.
Add the dressing to the veggies and mix well. Add dill and serve.
