Am gasit reteta perfecta de ciocolata de casa la Bucatarul Amator . Si de cand am gasit-o, e singura pe care am facut-o. Este pur si simplu delicioasa, iar fetelor mele le place tare mult. Nu stiu ce rol are otetul, dar fiind o reteta veche, de la bunica, cred ca nu degeaba e trecut la ingrediente. Am facut reteta si cu otet si fara si a iesit gustoasa. Ingredients for Romanian fudge 1 cup sugar (250 gr) 125 gr margarine or butter 125 ml water 400 gr powdered milk 5 T cocoa powder nuts,raisin 1 T vinegar Directions for Romanian fudge In a saucepan add the water,sugar and vinegar.
