Thai Chicken

Ingredients for Thai Chicken
8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup Thai red curry paste
2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cup basmati rice

How to make Thai Chicken
Rub the chicken thighs with the Thai red curry paste ,cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Preheat the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
Heat up the chicken stock and when boiling add the basmati rice.Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
