    Bagels I’m not sure this is the real recipe,I’ve adapted it from a bread recipe, but it worked out fine, just like the bagels I remembered. Serve with cream cheese or plain. Bagels Ingredients:  3 1/2 cup flour 25 gr fresh yeast 1 t salt 1 1/4 cup warm water How to make Bagels Mix 1/4 cup warm water with the yeast and set aside for five minutes.
