Snitel de Pui – Chicken Schnitzel

Reteta mea contine secretul snitelor de pui.Provine de la o tanti din Ungaria emigrata in SUA, care  a dus cu ea in mormant secretul,dar nepoatele ei (dragele de ele) i-au descoperit ingredientul minune:sucul de lamaie!

Ingrediente:
500 gr piept de pui
1-2 oua
1 cana pesmet
1/2 cana faina
sare,piper
suc de lamaie,proaspat stors
amestecuri de ierburi sau condimente,sau usturoi pudra (optional,ptr a condimenta pesmetul)

Se feliaza si se bate pieptul de pui,dar numai pe o parte.
Adauga sau tavaleste bucatile in suc de lamaie.
Sareaza si pipereaza bucatile de pui si da-le prin faina,apoi prin ou si la urma prin pesmet.
Se prajeste si se serveste.

Ingredients:
500 gr chicken breast fillets
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
1-2 eggs,beaten
salt,pepper
lemon juice,freshly squeezed
mixed herbs or garlic powder for seasoning breadcrumbs (optional)
Slice breasts in half and beat until flattened. Beat only one side.
Add lemon juice to chicken breasts.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and coat in flour.
Coat chicken in (seasoned) breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in fry pan and cook chicken breast on each side until browned.
