Szechuan Pepper Chicken
Here comes a dish that we’ll find it regularly on our table. I hope it suits your taste too.
1 chicken breast,deboned and cubed in 1-2 cm pieces and marinated in 1 T soy sauce
1 cm fresh ginger,grated
2 garlic cloves, cut in small cubes
4 dried red chili peppers,smashed to flakes
2 T soy sauce
1 t Szechuan pepper,crushed
1 t honey
2 T oil
Heat up a wok with the oil,when hot add the chicken pieces and fry. Remove or keep the chicken in a „corner” of the wok.
Fry the Shechuan pepper,chili flakes,garlic,ginger and add back the chicken bits. Add soy sauce and honey and stir. Serve with white steamed rice.
