Olivier Salad
I came accross this salad in Iran, but it’s very similar to the Romanian salad boeuf and I think both have their origins in the Russian Olivier salad. Sounds complicated? It’s not, think of the American potato salad and add a few more ingredients. Tunisian carrot and celery salad
This is supposed to have lemon slices in it as well,but I saw that just after I already ate the salad:)) It was light and yummy, I’ll have to try it with lemon slices as well. Ingredients for Tunisian carrot and celery salad 2 celery ribs 2 carrots 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 Tablespoon salad oil (nothing with a heavy taste) salt and pepper How to make Tunisian carrot and celery salad recipe Clean the celery ribs and peel the carrots. Cut in round slices and place in a salad bowl. Add lemon juice and oil,mix. Season with salt and freshly squeezed black pepper.
