Cocoa Muffins
Muffins are the easiest thing to make and are great for packing lunch.
Ingredients for Cocoa Muffins
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs,beaten
1 1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
vanilla essence
How to make Cocoa Muffins recipe
In a bowl add dry ingredients.
In another bowl add wet (liquid) ingredients.
Add the liquids to the dry mixture slowly.
Mix lightly,just until incorporated.
Add the muffin paper to the muffin pan and put in the oven.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
