Pune paprika intr-o sticla si toarna uleiul peste.
Lasa sticla intr-un loc intunecat pentru o saptamana.Scutura sticla din cand in cand.
Foloseste la gratar,peste cartofi sau la paprikas.
I was so happy when I discovered this recipe. Great flavor.Sharon’s recipe calls for extra virgin olive oil,but I tried it with vegetable oil as well and it worked fine.
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
2 cups oil
Spoon the paprika in a bottle. Pour the oil and seal the bottle.
Put the bottle in a cool and dark place and shake once a day for a week.
Strain if you wish and enjoy!
