Ingredients for Mexican Chocolate Chili Ice Cream
100 ml milk
100 ml cream
2 T sugar (or to taste)
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t cayenne
How to prepare Mexican Chocolate Chili Ice Cream
Heat the milk and cream,when hot add the sugar,sifted cocoa and cinnamon.
Remove and add the cayenne.
Place in a large container and freeze. Mix with a fork every 3-4 hours. If you have an ice cream maker consider yourself lucky. I’m heading to the stores too, I really need one.
