Here comes a jam that I absolutely love it, even though it’s the first time I’ve made it. Full of flavor and I can imagine myself opening a jar in the middle of the winter.
No recipe to follow since one of the products I used might not be available, maybe just from the german store, Dr Oetker’s gelling agent. I’ll just give you the ingredients:
1,5 kg nectarines
500 g sugar
1/2 t ginger
1 pack 2:1 Dr Oetker’s gelling agent
