Carraway seed soup might be something knew to try, but if you like condiments or your tummy needs something soothing you might want to give it a try.
This soup has Hungarian origins.
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon grounded carraway seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
4-5 cups boiling water or veggie soup
salt and pepper to taste
croutons to serve
Put oil in a pot and when is hot add the flour.
Stir until starts to brown.
Add the paprika and carraway and stir for another minute.
Take it aside and add one ladle of boiling soup or water and stir.
Turn back on gas range and add the rest of the soup.
Add salt and pepper to your liking and serve with croutons.
