2 Tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg,slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
fruits (optional)

How to make Low Sugar Muffins recipe

With muffins we have to keep the rule of mixing dry ingredients with the wet ones,being careful not to overmix or we’re getting tough in texture. Lumps are ok.
At this stage ,you can add fruits if using any.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
