Korean Eggplant Salad

Made up a little fusion between the Romanian and the Korean kitchen. How cool is that? And not weird at all. I saw so many combination for the roasted eggplant,but not this version yet. Be brave and try it out,it’s great!

Ingredients:
one roasted eggplant
one T gochugaru
one t gochujang
1/4 t sesame oil
korean salt,to taste

Chop the eggplant in a chopper until creamy and mix with all the ingredients. The quantity can be different,make it according to your taste.
I served it as an appetizer.
