Japanese coffee jelly

Here comes a refreshing jelly that I tried in Kyoto,it was really hot that day and I welcomed this refreshing dessert.
Ingredients:
2 cup coffee
1 teaspoon gelatin
2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
whipped cream to serve
Mix the gelatin with 4 tablespoons water.
Place in a saucepan the coffee,sugar and gelatin.
Stir continuu on low until the gelatin dissolved.
Pour into four cups and refrigerate until the jelly is set.
Serve with whipped cream.
