Don’t you love summer when able to do all the guilt free desserts? It seems that these are the only desserts that catch my eye these days,but I just got back to my weight I had before giving birth.
So this is the perfect dessert for a mother that wants to be in shape and wants to feed her kids more fruit. Tricky,ain’t I?
The topping can be adjusted, I was supposed to add 25 gr butter,but my heart didn’t let me do it.
1 kg plums
2 T flour
4 T oatmeal
1 t cinnamon
4 T maple syrup
Clean the plums and slice in half, add to the baking dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the plums.
Bake in the oven for about half an hour ( I forgot to check the clock) or till it starts to bubble and the plums are turning red and soft.
Enjoy hot of cold, if there’s any left.
