Ce e mai potrivit pentru 1 Mai decat ceva legat de gratar? Si cand te-ai trezit ca vrei sa pui o reteta chiar inainte sa plece toti la iarba verde,e deja clar ca nu poti pune nici o marinata sau ceva ce dureaza mai mult. De aceea,am pregatit pentru voi un chimiciurri,un sos care isi are originile in Argentina si care este perfect langa un steak sau orice alta carne facut pe grill…e foarte bun si cu paine.

Ingrediente:
o mana de patrunjel proaspat
o mana de oregano proaspat
2 catei de usturoi
1 ardei rosu uscat sau fulgi de ardei rosu
1 lingura de otet (de preferat din vin rosu)
4 linguri de ulei de masline
sare

Se spala si se usuca patrunjelul si coriandrul si se curata usturoiul.
Se pun verdeturile,usturoiul si ardeiul uscat in mojar si se face o pasta.
Se adauga otetul,uleiul de masline si sarea. Se poate consuma deindata,dar recomand sa se lase vreo doua ore pentru a se elibera aromele din ingrediente. Se poate pastra pana la 2 saptamani in frigider.

The bbq season is officialy open and this Argentinian sauce is just the perfect addition to a steak.

Ingredients:
a handful of fresh parsley
a handful of fresh oregano
1 dried red chili pepper or flakes
2 garlic cloves
1 T red wine vinegar
4 T extra virgin olive oil
salt

Grind the parsley,oregano,chili and garlic cloves in a mortar. Add the vinegar and the olive oil and season with salt. Serve with your steak or any other kind of meat ,but it’s a great dip for fresh bread as well.
Let sit for a couple of hours,so the flavors release. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

  1. vreau si eu sa fac dar nu am oregano proaspat! am pus in gradina dar cine stie daca-mi iese, ca m-au invadat cartitele,( bunica mea a spus ca se apuca de vanatoare de cartite)
    mojar am, mi-a adus fratele meu de la Carrara, marmura alba, dar nu ma lasa sa il folosesc in bucatarie :)) (nu stie el ca pisez in el condimentele uscate ;)) ) acum vreau si eu unul ca al tau 🙂

    1. Al meu e bun ca nu se pateaza:)) Sa nu pui curcuma sau sofran in mojar ca te prinde:))Eu am plantat oregano anul trecut pe balcon,stau sus de tot si cartitele nu ajung pana acolo,dar sunt sigura ca merge si cu oregano uscat. O sa mai caut si alte combinatii ptr gratar.
